Marketing and Content Creation Specialist

Local Greensboro service company seeking a full-time Marketing & Content Creation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and create content for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and more.

· Produce and edit engaging video content for our website, social channels, and internal training.

· Support logistics for company events, trade shows, and video shoots.

· Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through creative posts, user engagement, and brand promotion.

· Develop customer-facing marketing materials and communications.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies.

· Partner with our web design and SEO/PPC teams to optimize website performance.

· Capture high-quality marketing photos for advertising and training purposes.

· Support community partnership and team member engagement initiatives.

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Excellent writing, editing, and overall communication skills

· Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities

· Proficiency in key creative and productivity tools, including:

o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)

o Canva

o Microsoft Office

o Major social media platforms

· Working knowledge of website design principles and analytic tools

· Experience operating video and audio equipment for content creation

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
