Sunbeams is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free, quality education to underprivileged children in Pakistan. Our mission is to bring light and learning to communities that need it most, ensuring that every child has access to education regardless of background or circumstance.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing and Fundraising Officer who will support Sunbeams’ mission by promoting the organization and raising funds to sustain and expand our educational programs. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and passionate about education and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and fundraising strategies to support Sunbeams’ projects.
• Represent Sunbeams at community events, schools, and public gatherings to promote our mission.
• Set up stalls, fundraising booths, and awareness campaigns in various locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and community members.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, social media content, and fundraising proposals.
• Track and report on fundraising performance and donor engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, fundraising, or NGO communications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments and audiences.
• Passion for education and community service.

Employment Type:

• Hybrid / On-site (travel to field sites may be required)
• Full-time or Part-time positions available

Compensation:

Salary will be market-competitive and determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience during the interview process.

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
