Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Intern Responsibilities:

  • Assist in social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
  • Help create promotional content (posts, reels ideas, captions)
  • Support digital marketing campaigns & lead generation
  • Conduct basic market research & competitor analysis
  • Assist in event promotions, workshops & demo classes

HR Intern Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment process (calling, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain candidate & employee records
  • Assist in onboarding & documentation
  • Coordinate with trainers, faculty & internal teams
  • Support HR operations & daily admin activities

Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of social media & MS Office
  • Willingness to learn & positive attitude
  • Freshers / Students welcome
  • Marketing / HR / Management students preferred
