We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Marketing Associate who’s driven, creative, and ready to help us grow our client base through smart marketing systems, engaging campaigns, and lead nurturing.

Position Overview

The Lead Generation & Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and convert leads across multiple business lines — including real estate, mortgage, and property management.

This role combines digital marketing, CRM management, and lead qualification. You’ll help create marketing funnels, run campaigns, track performance, and ensure warm leads are handed to the right team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Manage and optimize lead capture systems across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Zillow, etc.)
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, social media, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound leads and assign them to sales or mortgage agents
  • Maintain and update lead lists, ensuring accurate CRM tracking and follow-up

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Assist in planning and executing digital ad campaigns, email marketing, and drip campaigns
  • Collaborate with leadership to design targeted lead funnels for buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Develop marketing materials and landing pages that align with Keystone’s brand
  • Support content creation (social media, blog posts, email newsletters)

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Generate reports to measure campaign success and optimize for better results
  • Research trends in real estate marketing and competitor strategies

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with sales, mortgage, and property management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Participate in strategy meetings to refine lead generation systems and outreach workflows

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (real estate industry preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Pipedrive)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (email automation, social media ads, Google Ads, SEO)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up abilities
  • Experience with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Pipedrive a plus
