Marketing and Product Support Associate / Office Assistant - Bilingual Mandarin

Chinese reading & writing are required

· Using different marketing tools to promote company’s branding and products

· Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.

· Analyzing the company’s overall marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

· Researching marketing promotion trends, including but not limited to digital marketing trends, social media trends etc., and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

- Provide back office support to agent and customer
