PR & Social Media Manager – FinTech (Payments)

25k-30k AED pm ($70/90k Per Year)

Talent Connect Group (TCG) is partnering with one of the regions fastest-growing FinTech start-ups, currently redefining the payments space. We’re seeking an experienced Social Media & PR Manager to lead brand and founder visibility across digital channels, media, and industry platforms.

Role Overview:

This is a high-impact, externally facing role focused on building strong media presence, shaping narratives, and driving engagement across multiple formats.

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in PR, social media, or content marketing (ideally within FinTech, tech, or high-growth start-ups)

Proven ability to secure earned media coverage

Experience working with digital banks or modern financial platforms

Strong network across media (Tech, Business, Lifestyle)

Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills

Skilled in producing and briefing content across video, text, and image formats

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution and creative flair

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
