Marketing and sales

We are looking for a proactive and results driven Marketing and Sales Executive who can plan and execute both digital and physical marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in online advertising platforms as well as strong field marketing and B2B sales capabilities.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads (AdWords) and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Develop lead generation strategies through online channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports
  • Coordinate content ideas for promotions and brand awareness

Physical and Field Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Execute physical marketing strategies in the market
  • Visit potential clients, retailers, and partners
  • Conduct face to face meetings and pitch B2B business proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify new business opportunities through market visits

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into sales through online and offline channels
  • Handle B2B sales discussions and negotiations
  • Support business growth through strategic sales planning
  • Meet monthly sales and marketing targets

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales
  • Hands on experience with Google AdWords and Meta Ads
  • Experience in physical market visits and field marketing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to pitch and close B2B business proposals
  • Self motivated and target oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail, distribution, or B2B sales
  • Basic understanding of branding and customer acquisition
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
