Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Outreach & Link Building Specialist to support our SEO efforts through high-quality backlink acquisition. This role involves researching relevant websites, reaching out to site owners, negotiating link placements, and maintaining organized outreach records.
If you’re comfortable with online research, professional email communication, and SEO fundamentals, this role is a great opportunity to grow in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant websites for backlink opportunities
• Collect and organize outreach prospects (manual research & scraping)
• Send personalized outreach emails to bloggers, publishers, and businesses
• Negotiate link placement terms and pricing
• Execute link-building campaigns aligned with SEO goals
• Track outreach progress, responses, and live links
• Ensure backlinks meet quality, relevance, and authority standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of SEO and off-page optimization
Strong written English and professional communication skills
Confidence in outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush
• Organized mindset with attention to detail
