SEO Team Lead – Onsite

Jantrah Tech is a growing digital marketing and web solutions company helping brands enhance their online presence through SEO paid campaigns and data-driven marketing strategies we are looking for a dedicated SEO Team Lead to guide our onsite SEO team and contribute to client success.

Role Overview:As an SEO Team Lead you will support the SEO department oversee project execution and help develop strategies to improve organic search performance this role combines technical SEO knowledge with team collaboration and leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the SEO team, including executives, content creators, and outreach specialists
• Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies for local, national, and eCommerce projects
• Assist with keyword research, website audits, and content optimization
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to follow SEO best practices
• Track performance metrics such as rankings, traffic, and engagement
• Stay updated on search engine changes, industry trends, and new SEO tools

Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of SEO experience with measurable results
• Prior experience in coordinating small teams or client communication is a plus
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and SurferSEO
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, HTML, and website structure
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
