Digital Marketing Expert (Full-Time, Onsite – Islamabad)

Binary Soft Solutions is hiring a senior-level Digital Marketing Expert to join our team full-time at our Islamabad office. This is not a social media–only role. You’ll own execution and outcomes across the full digital marketing stack while working directly with U.S.-based clients.

This role is ideal for someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and be accountable for results — not just tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital marketing execution and performance
• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Lead social media strategy, content planning, and scheduling
• Drive lead generation, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Create, test, and optimize landing pages
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
• Coordinate creatives (graphics & video) with clear briefs and reviews
• Execute email marketing campaigns and basic automations
• Handle basic SEO (on-page, keyword research, competitor analysis)
• Track performance, analyze data, and report insights
• Maintain CRM updates, lead tracking, and pipeline hygiene
• Work directly with U.S.-based clients via video calls
• Take ownership of timelines, execution, and measurable outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven digital marketing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with paid ads and performance marketing
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive results
• Experience working with international / U.S.-based clients
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable on video calls and client-facing discussions
• Strong execution, ownership, and project-management mindset
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Islamabad (Mon–Fri)

Screening / Interview Requirement

Candidates must have a proven track record and be prepared to show real examples during the interview, such as:

• Campaigns they’ve managed
• Results achieved (leads, CPL, ROAS, conversions, growth metrics)
• Landing pages, funnels, or ads they worked on
• Brands or clients they’ve supported
