Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to build, manage, and scale a high-profile personal brand on Instagram (TikTok experience is a plus). This role requires strategic thinking, daily execution, and a strong understanding of content, analytics, and monetization. Only serious, experienced professionals should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and post content daily on the Instagram page
• Develop and present a clear social media strategy before implementation
• Plan and execute Instagram Reels and feed content end-to-end
• Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs optimized for engagement
• Analyze insights and provide accurate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Run and optimize Instagram campaigns (organic & paid)
• Track growth, engagement, reach, and conversions using analytics tools
• Stay updated on trends and adapt them authentically for brand growth
• Maintain and protect the brand image and public perception
• Be available in Islamabad for meetings when required

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience managing Instagram (TikTok preferred)
• Strong portfolio showing real growth and results
• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms and short-form video strategy
• Experience with analytics, insights, and reporting
• Ability to propose strategy, execute independently, and optimize continuously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working closely with founders / personal brands
• Must be able to present previous work/portfolio
