Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Product Marketing Manager with 4+ years of proven experience in digital strategy, brand building, content marketing, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategist and creative leader, capable of managing end-to-end marketing operations, leading high-performing teams, and executing campaigns that drive measurable business growth. With exposure to industries such as technology, fintech, crypto, Web3, blockchain, education, e-commerce, and consumer brands, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global marketing vision and strengthening its market presence.

What the Role is:

Strategic Marketing & Growth Leadership

  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, traditional, and OOH) to drive global expansion, market penetration, and revenue growth.
  • Lead high-impact product launches, rebranding initiatives, token listings, and international go-to-market campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight studies to support strategic decision-making.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage full-funnel campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate networks, and crypto-native platforms (CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, TradingView).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush, Dune Analytics, and CRM platforms to track KPIs, optimize ROI, and inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement automation, retargeting, and A/B testing to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Content, Storytelling & Creative Excellence

  • Oversee production of blogs, whitepapers, thought leadership articles, video content, and social media campaigns.
  • Build compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks that simplify complex fintech and blockchain concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and design teams to deliver cross-channel campaigns that strengthen engagement.

Leadership, Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and growth.
  • Manage agency partnerships, vendor contracts, and influencer/KOL collaborations to maximize reach.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Corporate Communications, PR & Brand Identity

  • Strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms, corporate channels, and blockchain communities (Telegram, Discord, X/Twitter).
  • Develop and manage PR campaigns, press releases, AMAs, and executive communication strategies with both traditional and crypto media outlets.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, GDPR) in all marketing communications while maintaining a strong and trusted brand voice.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive marketing experience in fast-paced industries.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and MarTech platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches, international campaigns, and scaling brand presence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with fintech, crypto, blockchain, or Web3 products will be considered a strong plus point.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Digital Marketing, or Blockchain Marketing are desirable
