Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Sales Support & Coordination

• Track sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely response to customers.
• Coordinate with customers, distributors, and channel partners to address queries and share required information.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, pricing sheets, and technical documents.
• Maintain and update CRM or sales tracking systems with accurate customer details, follow-up history, and order status.
• Support documentation for tenders, government bids, empanelments, and vendor registrations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including sales pipeline, pending orders, dispatch status, and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain updated sales databases, product sheets, approvals, certifications, and tender documents.
• Assist in planning and executing sales events, exhibitions, dealer meets, and customer visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
