Marketing and Sales Intern

India

Sales:

  • Identify and onboard new clients (B2B / B2C / D2C)
  • Manage and convert leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and calls
  • Upsell and cross-sell product lines to repeat and walk-in customers
  • Attend exhibitions, pop-ups, and corporate meetings to generate leads
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups

Marketing:

  • Create and execute email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and Instagram content (reels/stories)
  • Collaborate with the design team for creatives and packaging
  • Analyze market trends and suggest product positioning and pricing strategies
  • Partner with influencers and vendors for collaborations or barter campaigns
  • Conduct competitor research and report insights

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, and Google Sheets
  • Customer-first approach and a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working with numbers and targets
  • Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, fashion, gifting, or D2C brands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
