We are a top-performing luxury real estate group serving Arizona and Washington State. We’re seeking a creative and analytical Marketing & SEO Specialist to own our digital visibility, lead generation strategy, and inbound marketing engine.

This is not a support role — it’s a growth role. You’ll collaborate closely with our Director of Operations (who handles logistics and execution) and be responsible for creating marketing systems that drive high-quality leads, elevate our digital presence, and fuel our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities: SEO & Website Strategy

  • Audit and optimize website and IDX/CRM pages for on-page SEO and lead conversion
  • Write and manage SEO-driven blog content (local guides, luxury market updates, buying/selling tips)
  • Implement local SEO strategies to dominate Google rankings in Scottsdale, Bellevue, and other key markets
  • Manage Google Business Profiles and coordinate review campaigns

Social Media Lead Funnels

  • Build and manage social media ad funnels (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube) focused on seller and buyer lead capture
  • Create video-first marketing campaigns that drive engagement, clicks, and trust
  • Leverage testimonials and "just sold" stories for credibility-focused campaigns

Email & Lead Nurture Systems

  • Design and deploy automated email campaigns for lead nurture, re-engagement, and long-term sphere farming
  • Segment email lists and personalize campaigns based on behavioral triggers and past activity
  • Collaborate with Ops to convert leads to appointments

Paid Media + Analytics

  • Run targeted ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and YouTube with performance KPIs
  • Monitor campaign performance and report lead gen ROI monthly
  • Set up retargeting campaigns using listing pages, market reports, or blog content

Content Strategy & Oversight

  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with buyer/seller intent
  • Collaborate with video editors, designers, and copywriters to produce high-performing assets
  • Repurpose long-form content (YouTube, blogs) into SEO-rich and lead-driving short-form content

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate marketing, SEO, or paid lead generation
  • Deep understanding of local SEO, Google ranking factors, and content marketing
  • Proven ability to build and manage social ad funnels and PPC campaigns
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, ChatGPT, Canva, Later/Hootsuite, CRM FollowUp Boss (drip campaigns, lead gen management)
  • Strong writing skills for blogs, landing pages, and hooks
  • Data-driven with ability to track and improve conversion rates

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with video editing workflows (Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Descript)
  • Working knowledge of SERHANT or Coldwell Banker marketing tools

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Schedule: Flexible hours with some team alignment weekly

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
