Marketing and Social Media Associate

Ready to become a viral sensation and build a brand from the ground up? We're looking for a Marketing & Social Media Associate to join our crew!

You'll be our ultimate content creator and digital wizard, serving as the voice of our brand across all platforms, from TikTok to Instagram. This isn't your average desk job—you'll be the face of our company, both in front of and behind the camera.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Social Media Takeover: You'll be the mastermind behind our social media calendar, creating and scheduling content that gets people double-tapping, sharing, and commenting.
• Lights, Camera, Action! If you're comfortable in the spotlight, you'll be perfect for this role. You'll star in our videos, run live streams, and direct photo and video shoots to make sure our content is always fire.
• Content Creation: You'll be our go-to for all things content, from crafting blog posts and website copy to writing video scripts that capture our audience's attention. Plus, you'll help us collect and produce amazing testimonials from our biggest fans and employees.
• Marketing Magic: Beyond social media, you'll help us with everything from email campaigns to making sure our website is optimized and looking good. You know the drill: SEO, e-commerce, and all that good stuff.
• Data Detective: You'll be a pro at tracking what's working and what's not, using tools like Google Analytics to fine-tune our strategy and make sure we're getting the best results.

What You've Got:

• You're a social media pro with a portfolio to prove it. You live and breathe the latest trends and know what makes a post go viral.
• You're confident on camera and have a knack for directing a great photo or video shoot.
• You've got skills in digital marketing—think SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• You're analytical and love diving into data to see what's happening behind the scenes.
• You're a creative genius who's super organized and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
