About the Role:

This is a unique and hands-on role for a talented individual who is a master of all trades in digital marketing and administration. You will be the key player responsible for managing our online reputation, generating leads through premium property listings, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Portal Management:

· Create, manage, and optimize high-converting property listings on dubizzle and Bayut.

· Write compelling property descriptions, upload high-quality photos/videos, and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

· Monitor listing performance, respond to inquiries promptly, and generate qualified leads.

2. Social Media Marketing:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

· Create engaging content (graphics, reels, stories, posts) that showcases our properties and builds brand awareness.

· Schedule daily posts, engage with followers, and run targeted social media advertising campaigns.

3. Administrative Support:

· Handle general administrative tasks including email management, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital records.

· Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

· Prepare simple reports on marketing activities and lead generation.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

· Proven Experience: A demonstrable track record in social media management, digital marketing, and property listing on dubizzle and Bayut is MANDATORY.

· Portfolio/Evidence: Applicants must be prepared to share examples of previous work, including links to managed social media accounts and sample property listings.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite), and the MS Office suite.

· Excellent Communication: Flawless written and spoken English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus) with the ability to craft persuasive property ads.

· Organizational Skills: Impeccable attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proactive & Results-Driven: A self-starter who takes initiative and is focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
