Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Overview
We're a leading talent management agency representing top social media creators and alternative platforms. We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp, creative Social Media Specialist to take charge of day-to-day content, growth, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow creator-focused social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, and others)
• Develop and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content
• Write captions, hooks, and call-to-actions that drive clicks and subscriptions
• Collaborate with our in-house creative team and models for assets and trends
• Track performance metrics and iterate based on data
• Spot and jump on viral trends (and create your own)
• Be a voice of the brand across social—replies, comments, DMs, and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years experience running brand or creator social media accounts
• Strong copywriting and trend-spotting skills
• Creative and fast-moving—you're the type to screenshot a trend before it's viral
• Basic understanding of social analytics
• Graphic design or video editing skills are a huge plus
