Role Overview

As a People Content Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring an effortless employee experience by maintaining and enhancing the People knowledge base in ServiceNow. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with the Knowledge Manager, Content Specialists, and global/regional Content Owners to ensure People-related information is accurate, accessible, and continuously improved to drive employee self-service at scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a backlog of content priorities to ensure content quality, availability, and searchability.
  • Partner with global and regional content owners to roll out high-quality, relevant content.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and feedback to inform content initiatives.
  • Develop content templates, microsites, and knowledge blocks to enhance employee self-service.
  • Provide training and support to Content Owners, equipping them with tools and skills to maintain engaging content.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of the global content management ecosystem, with a focus on ServiceNow platform enhancements.


Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, content strategy, or editing.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable content.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of knowledge/content management, information architecture, or communications experience.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on ServiceNow knowledge management experience (knowledge blocks, KB management, audience visibility).
  • Intermediate HTML and CSS skills for content template creation and editing.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and UX/UI best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, verbal/written communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to creating a seamless user experience.
