Marketing Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, handling customer calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, vendors, and partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases, CRM, and marketing records.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, events, and digital marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,696.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
