Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati fresh graduate to join our team as a Marketing Assistant . This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to marketing functions, supporting campaigns, events, digital content, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, creative, and passionate about contributing to the organization’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Support the creation of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
• Manage social media platforms by preparing posts, monitoring engagement, and coordinating with the design team.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in maintaining and updating marketing databases, reports, and content calendars.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/experience in marketing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Creativity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative attitude.
