Marketing Team Leader

We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Team Lead to take charge of our marketing efforts, manage a small team, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive property sales and rentals.
• Oversee social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize engagement and lead generation.
• Create and manage content, campaigns, and digital ads across platforms.
• Work with graphics (basic design/editing skills required) for marketing materials, social media posts, and property listings.
• Coordinate with agents and management to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and new digital marketing tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing (real estate industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar).
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills – able to guide, motivate, and manage a team.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
