Marketing Assistant

Alvayria Consulting is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Business Development Assistant/ Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, lead generation, and client engagement. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Support lead generation activities through outreach and networking, both offline and online.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for potential clients.
• Maintain and update the company’s CRM and client database.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business development projects.
• Contribute creative ideas for branding, content, and promotional activities.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing (in 8th semester) or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, sales, and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Canva, social media tools, or CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Having worked in student societies will be a huge plus

Pay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
