Opportunity – the ‘what’

As a Marketing Assistant, you will:

  • Implement strategic marketing activities across our journal portfolio.
  • Use tools such as social media, paid advertising, email, and multimedia to achieve marketing goals.
  • Write compelling marketing copy for both digital and print campaigns.
  • Create design assets to support marketing efforts.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics for stakeholder reporting.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis relevant to our titles.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Your contributions will help enhance the visibility and impact of our journals, supporting the broader mission of advancing education and research globally.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately without supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Initiative-driven, with a proactive approach to improving campaigns and practices.
  • Highly creative with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to travel.

Desirable Criteria

  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
