Marketing Assistant

Job Summary
We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven marketing professional to help grow multiple brands under our law firm’s umbrella. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on strategy and execution, enjoys wearing many hats, and is passionate about building brand visibility across both digital and traditional channels. This person will be reporting to our Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement campaigns across several companies.
• Brand & Content Management: Ensure all marketing assets align with brand guidelines. Manage content creation, social media posting (LinkedIn, Facebook), and vendor communications.
• Digital Marketing: Execute and monitor paid social media campaigns and landing page performance. Oversee SEO and website updates in WordPress as needed.
• Campaign Execution: Support direct mail, email marketing, and reputation management initiatives.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, budgets, and monthly social media results to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS
• Strong knowledge of social media management and paid strategies (especially LinkedIn and Facebook)
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media research and listening and lead-generation tactics
• Background in multi-brand marketing or professional services industries

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
