Marketing Assistant

Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant will support the company's marketing efforts through content
creation, digital marketing support, sales enablement, campaign execution, and
performance reporting. This role is designed for an early-career marketer who is eager to
learn, contribute, and grow into a Marketing Manager role within 2-3 years. The ideal
candidate has strong writing skills, an interest in the automotive industry, and the ability to
manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Write blogs, email campaigns, case studies, social media posts, and dealer-focused
materials.
Digital Marketing Support
Assist with SEO projects, LinkedIn campaigns, and website updates.
Sales Enablement
Create one-pagers, presentations, and marketing collateral to support the sales
team.
Campaign Execution
Help launch, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
AnalyticsReporting
Track campaign results, analyze performance, and provide actionable
recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of marketing experience (internships count).
Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for business audiences.
Interest in the automotive industry (dealership experience a plus).
Business-minded: understands ROI, lead generation, and the customer journey.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva, or video editing
software.
