Marketing Assistant

Job Title: Coordinator (Fresher)

Location: Salt Lake
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day coordination between departments (HR, Sales, Operations, etc.).
• Maintain and update records, files, and documentation as required.
• Follow up with team members/vendors/clients on pending tasks.
• Support in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and circulating updates.
• Handle basic data entry and reporting tasks.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under supervision.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc).
• Freshers are welcome.
