Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Champion Porsche has an outstanding opportunity for an entry-level Marketing Assistant to join the team.

What you’ll do

• Assist role to the Marketing Director.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Assist with content for websites, emails, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor, coordinate, and implement SEM/SEO strategy for campaigns.
• Assist in monitoring latest trends and algorithm direction on social media.
• Support and execution of marketing events, promotional activities, and customer events.
• Handle various administrative tasks, such as maintaining marketing databases, scheduling meetings, managing vendor relationships, and generating various marketing reports.
• Track and report on key information indicators(KPIs) of marketing campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness.
• Work closely with other department managers in coordinating their marketing efforts.
• Assist in any off-site productions, such as video and photo shoots.
• Assist in updating and maintaining marketing and customer databases, including contact lists and CRM tools.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Focus CRM a plus.
• Experienced in SEM (Search Engine Marketing)/ SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Fast learner, and ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Adobe Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Good overall organizational skills.

Employment Requirements:

• Experience in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / SEO(Search Engine Optimization)
• Must have a valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
