GENERAL DESCRIPTION

A Marketing Associate will work on and support projects related to day–to-day marketing.

This includes social media, communications, design, content creation, website and other projects as

assigned by the Marketing Director. A Marketing Associate will be timely, flexible and excited

to work across various projects and areas simultaneously, taking responsibility for assigned tasks and

projects.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Assist in planning, scheduling and publishing content across social media. Support community engagement efforts and interactions.
• Attend photoshoots with third-party vendor(s) to support the process of content creation (photography/video). This will include being physically present at any photoshoot and helping the external team when required. Ensuring that the external team understands (andexecutes) the company brand, objectives, vision, theme, concept etc. Ensure that items required are present for the photoshoot and used as approved in the pre-production document. The Marketing Associate will maintain ongoing conversation with the Marketing Director if not present and share live updates/images to allow virtual attendance as required for general support and check-offs.
• Liaise and support creation and production of print and packaging together with Marketing Director. This includes visiting print and production companies to source samples of material/paper/packaging/print options, collaborate on design and prepare files, obtain information regarding MOQs, pricing and other relevant information, get print samples, etc.
• Support planning, building and creating content and campaigns. This may include creating content, documents and assets for social media, digital landing pages and website, corporate, newsletter, blog etc. Tasks may vary from writing captions/text (also in Arabic), creating visuals, putting together content, assisting with content creation, attending photoshoots, editing images/videos, working with third-party vendors and editing/applying copy for formatting/style/accuracy.
• Work on digital marketing and platform tasks such as adding images and captions to website/ordering platforms, posting campaigns/content to social media, updating linktree site, set up campaigns in Meta, Google etc.
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries as required.
• Translate and apply Arabic language to assets with English language as the base to allow improved availability and access to core audience.
• Support event planning and execution when required per overall strategic plan(s).
• Support and work with influencers/ambassadors when required per overall strategic plan(s).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD320.000 - KD500.000 per month
