Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Kuwaiti Social Media Officer to manage and enhance our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our business goals, specifically focusing on generating leads for our HVAC services (maintenance, installation, repairs) in the Kuwait market. This role requires a deep understanding of social media dynamics, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation among residential and commercial customers in Kuwait.

· Content Creation and Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging, high-quality content (text, images, graphics, and short-form videos/Reels) tailored to each platform, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Snapchat.

· Community Engagement and Customer Service: Monitor all social media channels, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and messages. Address complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department (e.g., sales or customer service teams) to ensure a positive customer experience.

· HVAC-Specific Content: Develop content that resonates with the HVAC audience, such as maintenance tips, troubleshooting guides, before-and-after project showcases, and information on energy-efficient systems, positioning the company as an industry authority.

· Advertising and Promotions: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking, to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.

· Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, native platform insights). Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

· Market and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity in the Kuwait market to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure brand consistency and aligned messaging across all communication channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience: Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in social media management or a similar role, ideally within the services, retail, or a related industry in Kuwait.

· Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential for the Kuwait market.

· Content Skills: Proficiency in content creation and basic photo/video editing skills using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.

· Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and experience with social media management and analytics tools.

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field is often preferred.

· Soft Skills:

o Strong creativity and a keen eye for design and detail.

o Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
