Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will be located in our Southampton, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials including flyers, signage, and digital assets.
• Maintain marketing calendars, organize shared drives, track marketing inventory, and process invoices or co-op documentation.
• Upload and update basic website content and social media posts under the guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain customer contact lists and distribution databases.
• Support internal communication initiatives, including updating digital monitor content and employee messaging.
• Assist with logistics for marketing events, including assembling materials and preparing signage or giveaways.
• Provide entry-level graphic support using templates or tools such as Canva to create internal flyers or simple promotional assets.
• Document and track marketing activities such as promotion participation and material distribution.
• Coordinate with vendors or branches to fulfill marketing supply requests.
• Participate in marketing team meetings and training sessions to understand campaign workflows.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Basic familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar creative tools strongly preferred.

• Comfortable using digital platforms such as social media, website content managers, or email marketing systems (experience helpful but not required).

• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow within a marketing environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.

• Prior experience in an office, marketing, or administrative support role strongly preferred.

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

• Ability to handle light travel or assist at local events when needed.
