Marketing Assistant

Our award-winning video and digital marketing agency is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team! This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to build a strong foundation in digital marketing while working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and creative team.

The Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including copywriting, email marketing, social media, website content, and reporting. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines while helping bring high-quality campaigns to life for our diverse roster of clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with the execution of digital marketing strategies across website content, SEO, email, and social media platforms
• Support copywriting efforts, including social media captions, ad copy, blog drafts, email content, and website updates
• Help write, build, and schedule email marketing campaigns and basic automations
• Assist with social media idea creation, caption writing, publishing, community management, and content organization
• Conduct basic keyword research and support SEO-driven content updates
• Help gather data and prepare performance reports for campaigns and ongoing initiatives
• Assist with content audits, competitor research, and trend monitoring
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Internship or prior experience in marketing, communications, or an agency environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, websites, content)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new tools, software, and processes
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in a startup-style agency environment

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with email platforms, CRMs, or social media scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
• Experience with Canva or similar tools for simple graphic edits
• Exposure to Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms
