Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

We are Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys, a highly successful, multimillion-dollar personal injury law firm with a 15+ year track record of winning for our clients.

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to work directly with the firm owner and support our ongoing marketing and case acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone with foundational legal marketing experience who wants to grow into a higher-level role over time.

This Role Is About Execution and Support

This is not a director-level position. You will help implement, track, and improve marketing initiatives under guidance, while gaining exposure to strategy, budgeting, and growth systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day marketing execution across digital and non-digital channels
• Help coordinate with our digital marketing vendor (SEO, LSA, tracking, reporting)
• Track marketing performance metrics and assist with ROI reporting
• Support case acquisition and intake-related marketing processes
• Assist with social media content scheduling and execution
• Help implement new marketing ideas and campaigns developed with the firm owner

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury legal marketing experience
• Working knowledge of personal injury marketing channels
• Digital marketing experience and basic analytics, tracking, and reporting experience
• Organized, reliable, and execution-focused
• Growth mindset with interest in expanding skills and responsibility over time
• Kansas City or regional familiarity is a plus

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

• Base salary: $50,000, depending on experience
