Position Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will take on a senior-level role in driving the marketing, digital communication, website ranking, diamond promotions, and trade show visibility for Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. The role demands strategic planning, content leadership, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to coordinate high-impact campaigns globally.
This position supports brand elevation by creating compelling narratives about HK’s diamonds as sustainable, renewable, and traceable, while ensuring strong digital presence and website performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead planning and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword ranking improvement activities.
- Optimize website pages for better ranking, visibility, and content structure related to diamonds, collections, and sustainability.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, content marketing, and social media storytelling with measurable outcomes.
2. Website Management & Performance Enhancement
- Monitor and improve website performance through SEO optimization, keyword research, backlinking, technical audits, and competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate regular updates of newsletters, press releases, articles, blogs, sustainability reports, and company announcements on the company website.
- Promote diamond-related content through website banners, landing pages, blogs, and product storytelling.
- Ensure the website reflects updated marketing campaigns, trade shows, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with the technical/web team to maintain UX consistency, mobile responsiveness, and structured data quality.
3. Brand Marketing & Diamond Promotion
- Support planning and execution of quarterly and annual marketing strategies for diamond promotions, brand campaigns, and client engagement.
- Create storytelling-based content highlighting craftsmanship, sustainability, traceability, and ESG commitments.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and messages for global clients, partners, and digital channels.
4. Trade Show Promotions & Global Marketing
- Lead marketing coordination for international and domestic trade shows.
- Manage pre-event promotions, digital buzz, influencer announcements, and client engagement messaging.
- Support live coverage coordination and post-event digital storytelling to maximize exposure.
5. Media, Influencer & Industry Collaboration
- Identify, connect, and collaborate with industry influencers, trade media, jewellery journalists, and digital creators for global promotions.
- Manage influencer deliverables, briefing, approvals, and campaign tracking for measurable impact.
- Support partnerships that enhance brand authority and visibility.
6. Storytelling, Content Creation & Communication
- Write high-quality, engaging content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, blogs, PRs, and social media.
- Create diamond-focused storytelling that positions HK as a leader in ethical luxury and responsible sourcing.
- Draft promotional write-ups, event highlights, sustainability messages, and brand communication notes.
7. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct competitor analysis, digital trend research, and customer behavior assessments.
- Identify new marketing avenues, digital tools, and content opportunities for business growth.
- Provide structured reports to support strategic decision-making.
8. Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Support
- Work closely with creative, editing, social media, PR, sales, and website teams to ensure unified brand execution.
- Manage marketing trackers, calendars, KPIs, SEO reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing outputs with consistent brand quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or brand communication roles.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz (or similar).
- Strong writing skills and understanding of luxury brand communication.
- Experience with influencer coordination and trade show promotions preferred.
