Marketing Assistant

Position summary: Responsible for administrative assistance related to marketing efforts. Supports marketing operations, management, and personnel. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Compensation for this position is $53,000.00-61,000.00/annually, commensurate with experience, education, and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. We notice that we receive a wide variety of applicants and recognize that the person selected may be less experienced or more experienced. If so, the actual salary range may vary from the estimate provided.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Assist with tracking and pursuing agency prequalification
  • CRM database input and reporting
  • Maintaining procurement portal registrations
  • Assist with formatting and packaging proposals
  • Coordinate with Conference and Events team for exhibit/sponsorship
  • Administrative support

Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Perform other related duties as assigned



Required Experience
  • Associate's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications Preferred

  • Knowledge of databases

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lifting and carrying objects up to 20 pounds. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
