Marketing Assistant

Purpose:

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining marketing materials. The role involves administrative support, data analysis and assisting with promotional activities to help increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Accountabilities:

· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

· Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks

· Help create, review and distribute sales and marketing materials

· Conduct market research and analyze trends

· Coordinate marketing events, promotions and product launches

· Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, creative and operations

· Other projects and duties as needed

Qualifications and competencies:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing

· Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

· Team-building skills

· Ability to make independent decisions

· Good organizational and time-management skills

· Attention to detail and creativity
