We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, expand our client network, and strengthen community relationships. This is a hands-on marketing role ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, event planning, and relationship-building — and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone or hit the road to make connections!

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a contact list of potential clients, referral sources, and community partners
• Distribute brochures and marketing materials in person at targeted locations
• Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders
• Organize and host marketing events, workshops, and community outreach activities
• Make outbound phone calls to introduce Zebra Care services and set up meetings or presentations
• Provide regular marketing activity reports and updates to leadership
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to confidently represent the company
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
• Comfortable with cold outreach (in person, phone, or email)
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously
• Prior marketing, outreach, or community engagement experience a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools, contact databases, or email marketing software is a plus
