Marketing Assistant (CRM management & Proposal Design experience) - Oil & Gas Industry

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM management, proposal design, and marketing coordination within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Design and prepare compelling sales proposals, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client communication and sales initiatives.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics and activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role or industry.
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office, and presentation tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
