Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Marketing Assistant with strong real estate experience to support our marketing activities and brand presence. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and confident in utilizing social media platforms to promote real estate projects, listings, and company initiatives.

All nationalities are welcome. Prior experience in real estate marketing is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing real estate marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and basic visuals
• Promote property listings, off-plan projects, and company branding
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing content with current inventory and campaigns
• Monitor social media performance and engagement
• Assist with basic marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, WhatsApp creatives)
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate marketing (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to create attractive and engaging real estate content
• Familiarity with property portals and online real estate promotions is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
