Senior Associate, Digital Marketing

The Role
We are seeking for a Senior Associate, Digital Marketing, who will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of all marketing campaigns across Real Estate. The role acts as the central operational keystone connecting PR & Events, Digital Marketing, and Branding & Content, ensuring that marketing strategy is translated into structured execution with full visibility, accountability, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities: • Campaign Planning & Coordination • Own the master campaign plans for all marketing initiatives across Real Estate. • Translate marketing strategies, briefs, and priorities into detailed project plans, timelines, and task-level breakdowns. • Ensure all campaigns are clearly scoped with defined objectives, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. • Cross-Vertical Integration & Leadership Alignment • Task, Workflow & Accountability Management • Project Management Systems, Dashboards& Reporting • Own and maintain the marketing project management platform (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent). • Stakeholder & Agency Coordination by working closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Development, Legal, and Leadership to secure timely inputs and approvals. • Governance, Quality & Delivery

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, communications, real estate, or agency environments. • Experience working across integrated marketing functions and with external agencies. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Project Management certification is an advantage. Preferred Skills & Competencies • Strong project management discipline with exceptional attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. • Clear, confident communicator able to operate comfortably with directors, teams, and external partners. • Highly organized, process-driven, and solution-oriented • Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner, or similar enterprise tools.
