We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing real estate team! If you’re creative, organized, and have a passion for property marketing, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property launches, listings, and events.
  • Coordinate with designers and photographers to create high-quality marketing materials.
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Update property listings on online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Support the marketing team in preparing brochures, flyers, videos, and other content.
  • Monitor marketing performance and help generate reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing manager and sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of marketing experience (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and real estate portals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Canva / Adobe tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
