Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property launches, listings, and events.
- Coordinate with designers and photographers to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent posting and engagement.
- Update property listings on online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Support the marketing team in preparing brochures, flyers, videos, and other content.
- Monitor marketing performance and help generate reports.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing manager and sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of marketing experience (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and real estate portals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Canva / Adobe tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
