We help our clients to meet the challenge of implementing and growing a secure, scalable and reliable enterprise infrastructure platform.

Scope of Work

1. OEM Partner Marketing, Account Support & Maintenance

• Manage and nurture relationships with OEM partners.
• Support partner account activities, including deal registrations, rebate tracking, and MDF utilization.
• Maintain partnership compliance by tracking and assigning certifications for partner programs.
• Monitor partner portal requirements and ensure all certifications and accreditations are up to date.
• Act as the bridge between OEM partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
• Share partner updates, promotions, and programs with the sales team to identify growth opportunities

2.Sales Enablement & Performance Reporting

• Provide the sales team with partner promotions, product updates, and competitive insights.
• Maintain dashboards to track partner performance and recommend improvement strategies.

3.Campaigns, Activations & Events

• Plan, coordinate, and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
• Organize events, webinars, and workshops with partners and internal stakeholders.

4.Internal Marketing Support

• Assist with the creation of marketing content, newsletters, and promotional material for internal/external use.
• Manage and promote content on Emtech’s SharePoint platform to improve employee engagement.
• Support internal awareness campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and training promotions.

5.Content Creation & Social Media

• Develop creative content for Emtech’s digital platforms.
• Contribute ideas for blogs, infographics, videos, and social media campaigns to strengthen brand presence.

Incentives:

• Lead Generation Incentive: For every lead successfully passed to the sales team through your direct efforts, you will receive a 2% incentive on the Gross Profit (GP) after all applicable deductions.
• Partnership Improvement Incentive: For any new or additional rebates secured through partnership improvements, or profits obtained from MDF utilization beyond the existing standard, you will receive a 1% incentive.
• Revision Clause: Incentive structures are subject to periodic review and may be revised based on management approval.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
