Marketing Associate

At BDP Management, we pride ourselves in creating a culture that empowers people to live a healthy lifestyle through our Planet Fitness franchise locations. As we continue to grow we are looking for a marketing associate to join the team. This individual will be responsible for the execution, coordination and reporting to support membership growth

Job Description

• Assist with coordination of marketing placements and campaigns with agency partners.
• Track budgets and ensure plans align with BDP and Planet Fitness strategy
• Provide reporting and analysis on campaign performance, ROI, and recaps

• Implement test-and-learn initiatives, interpret results, and recommend adjustments based on data
• Support grassroots and hyperlocal marketing efforts (health fairs, in-club promotions, out-of-club activations, etc.)
• Manage and grow B2B marketing initiatives and partnerships
• Assist in execution of Grand Opening and New Club Marketing plans to drive strong launches
• Work closely with a number of departments to ensure strategies align
• Additional analytical duties and marketing assistance as assigned

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills

• Self-starter with the passion to learn and grow
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
• Marketing experience is preferred
• Excellent time management skills
