Your role

As associate of fine fragrance marketing in a leading B2B international company, individual will support a marketing team to drive internal strategic mission as well as service fragrance customer needs. In doing so, he/she will integrate creative concept ideation, strategic brand marketing and consumer insights to deliver strong, cohesive direction for our beauty partners and their respective brands.

• Responsible for supporting the US fine fragrance marketing team with all client needs
• Support local social media strategy and PR outreach
• Be a marketing expert on the Fine Fragrance and Specialty Bath categories
• Develop & present marketing strategies for/to our clients that address immediate client demands or identify gaps in their business and lead to mutual growth opportunities. Practice can include: brainstorming, trend spotting, concept development, consumer research, visual/graphic design, and final presentation.
• Identify emerging consumer trends and themes and apply them to Fine Fragrance.
• Analyze and translate relevant consumer data such as NPD, Euromonitor, and the like, both for internal use as well as client understanding
• Role will report directly into the marketing department director which allows for a high level of exposure to all projects and business needs.

About you

• BA/BS required, MBA preferred
• Must have 2+ years relevant marketing experience in beauty and/or luxury goods industries
• Strong understanding of fragrance market & socio-demographic trends
• Strong brand understanding, esp in luxury sector
• Fragrance industry experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
• Polished, professional presenter w/outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail
• Highly creative, conceptual thinker
• Strategic thinker w/strong analytical skills
• Passionate about trends, beauty and fragrance
• Self-starting, independent, reliable

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected annual salary range for this position is USD 65000.00 – USD 85000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
