Position Overview

As a Marketing Associate, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to support the company’s initiatives across a wide range of disciplines. You will contribute to creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing materials across digital, print, social, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing content for various channels, including email campaigns, social media, websites, blogs, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across all platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness.
• Assist with coordinating events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Ensure all content and campaigns are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in content creation and marketing across multiple platforms and mediums.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of diligence.
• A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Friendly, outgoing, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Knowledge of PPC, SEO and SEM best practices.
