Marketing Associate

Job Description

BroadPharm is a fast-growing biotech company in San Diego, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies, managing online presence, coordinating event and campaign activities. This role bridges scientific understanding with creative communication to effectively promote our company’s products and brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content on LinkedIn to enhance visibility and engagement within the biotech and scientific community
• Prepare marketing materials for trade shows, and conferences.
• Attend trade shows, and conferences when needed
• Assist manager for email campaigns, help design, coordinate, and track targeting customers, partners, and prospects.
• Assist manager to conduct and summarize market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Assist in developing surveys and collecting feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Working with managers to monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Ads, Search Console and Microsoft marketing tools to propose marketing strategies
• Produce monthly reports and review ad performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (either in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering)
• Previous experience in biotech preferred, but not necessary
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with LinkedIn Ads is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Google analytics, Microsoft Ads preferred.
• Knowledge of website SEO and SEM is a plus
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
