The Job in a Nutshell

We’re seeking a hands-on, organized Marketing Associate that is passionate about creating engaging campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth, to support the development and execution of creative marketing strategies and digital content.

What Will You Do❓

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, product demos, etc.).
• Write compelling copy, captions, and storyboards that align with brand tone and objectives.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and support campaign optimization.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.

What Are We Looking For❓

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media.
• Proficient in mobile and desktop video editing tools
• Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Candidates familiar with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Candidates with basic knowledge of paid ads, media planning, and content analytics.
