Job Purpose:
The Marketing Associate will play a key role in executing the company’s marketing and communication strategy within the framework of SCA regulations. The role focuses on supporting brand development, digital marketing, client engagement, and campaign management for investment products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding

Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns for asset management and investment products.

Prepare marketing materials such as fund fact sheets, presentations, brochures, and investor newsletters.

Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing projects on time.

Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company positioning across all channels.
Digital Marketing

Manage company website and social media channels, ensuring timely updates and compliance with SCA regulations.

Develop and publish digital content including market insights, investment commentaries, and promotional posts.

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; report KPIs and recommend improvements.
Events & Client Communication

Assist in organizing investor events, webinars, conferences, and product launches.

Support client communication initiatives including email campaigns and investor reporting templates.

Maintain accurate marketing databases and CRM records.
Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are reviewed and approved by the Compliance team before release.

Maintain records of marketing approvals as per SCA requirements.

Stay updated on SCA communication and advertising guidelines for financial promotions.
Market Research & Reporting

Conduct market research to identify competitor activity, product positioning, and emerging trends.

Prepare reports summarizing marketing performance, client engagement, and competitive insights for management.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience
in marketing within the
financial services or asset management industry
(UAE experience preferred).

Sound understanding of
SCA marketing and advertising guidelines
and compliance practices.

Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM, and social media platforms.

Strong communication and content creation skills (English required; Arabic preferred).
