Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other ad networks.
- Work with the team to track campaign KPIs, generate reports, and identify insights for performance improvement.
- Support App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts by conducting keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and metadata optimization.
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to develop ad creatives and promotional assets that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct market and audience research to identify new opportunities and user segments.
- Help manage daily ad budgets, monitor campaign performance, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in mobile marketing and user acquisition.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 6 months of experience (internships in marketing or digital media preferred).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROI, CPA, and audience targeting.
- Foundational knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) and mobile marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
