Position: Marketing Associate

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting: Head of Marketing

Job Description/ KRAs

Support the marketing team in executing campaigns across social media, email, and

other digital channels.

Assist in content creation, including writing captions, creating reels and curating

engaging social media content.

⁠Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and

recommendations for improvement.

⁠Coordinate with teams internally (design, sales, ops, etc.) and external teams - PR

teams, agencies and other external partners to ensure seamless execution of

marketing initiatives

Help plan and coordinate events, pop-ups, and corporate gifting initiatives.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Required in Candidate -

1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or

wellness industry.

⁠Passionate about social media and skilled in creating engaging reels and video

content.

⁠Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing

software (e.g., Mailchimp), and SEO.

Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, planable)

and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva).

⁠Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including agencies and external

partners.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Language: Fluency in the local language will be an advantage & English & Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
